1. Service Usage

AxeSMS provides bulk messaging services. Users must comply with TRAI regulations, DND registry rules, and all applicable telecom laws in their jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Content

Spam, unsolicited messages, phishing, fraudulent content, adult content, and messages promoting illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

3. Sender ID

Custom sender IDs must be pre-approved. Impersonating brands or government entities is prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Credits & Billing

SMS credits are non-transferable and expire as per plan terms. Unused monthly credits do not carry forward unless on a carry-forward plan.

5. Delivery

AxeSMS guarantees best-effort delivery. Delivery to DND numbers, invalid numbers, or network-restricted areas cannot be guaranteed. Credits are not refunded for non-delivery to such numbers.

6. API Usage

API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all usage under your API key. Rate limits apply as per your plan.

7. Anti-Spam Policy

All campaigns must have explicit consent from recipients. We reserve the right to audit campaigns and suspend accounts sending unsolicited messages.

1. Data Collection

We collect account information, recipient phone numbers/emails (for delivery only), message content (temporarily for delivery), and usage logs.

2. Recipient Data

Phone numbers and emails you upload for campaigns are stored securely and used only for message delivery. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

3. Message Content

Message content is processed for delivery and stored in logs for up to 90 days for delivery reports. It is not shared with third parties.

4. TRAI Compliance

We comply with TRAI DND regulations. All campaign data is handled per Indian telecom regulations.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Delivery logs are retained for 90 days. Contact support to request deletion.

Zero Tolerance for Spam

AxeSMS has a strict zero-tolerance policy for spam. All users must have explicit consent from message recipients before sending any campaign.

TRAI DND Compliance

All SMS campaigns are filtered against the TRAI DND registry. Sending to DND registered numbers for promotional content is automatically blocked.

Opt-Out Management

All campaigns must include a clear opt-out mechanism. We automatically process opt-out requests and prevent further messages to opted-out numbers.

Violations

Accounts found sending spam are immediately suspended without refund. Repeat offenders are permanently banned and may be reported to authorities.

Credit Refunds

Unused SMS/Email credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of credits have been consumed.

Failed Deliveries

Credits are not charged for messages that fail to deliver due to invalid numbers. Credits are charged for delivery attempts to valid numbers regardless of final delivery status.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 24 hours if no messages have been sent. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days.

Process

Email [email protected] with your account details and reason. Refunds processed in 5-7 business days to original payment method.
