AxeB2B.wallet provides a prepaid digital wallet for use across KimiAxe platforms. The wallet is not a banking product and does not earn interest.

2. KYC Requirement

Wallets above ₹10,000 balance or monthly transactions above ₹50,000 require KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN).

3. Limits

Non-KYC: ₹10,000 max balance, ₹5,000/day transactions. KYC verified: ₹1,00,000 max balance, ₹50,000/day transactions.

4. Prohibited Use

Wallets may not be used for money laundering, illegal transactions, or circumventing financial regulations.

5. Closure

Accounts suspected of fraud are frozen pending investigation. Balance is returned after verification.

1. eSIM Activation

eSIM plans are activated instantly via QR code. Once activated, plans are non-refundable as data consumption begins immediately.

2. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for checking device compatibility before purchase. Refunds are not available for incompatible devices.

3. Coverage

Coverage quality depends on local network partners. AxeB2B.wallet is not liable for network outages by third-party carriers.

4. Validity

eSIM plan validity starts from activation date. Unused data after expiry is forfeited.

5. Fair Use

Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. Speeds may be reduced after 50GB usage per month.

Domain registrations are subject to registry policies. AxeB2B.wallet acts as an accredited reseller.

2. Non-Refundable

Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed as per ICANN policy.

3. WHOIS Accuracy

Registrants must provide accurate WHOIS information. False information may result in domain suspension.

4. Prohibited Domains

Domains cannot be used for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or trademark infringement.

5. Reseller Terms

Resellers must comply with all applicable laws and registry agreements in their jurisdiction.
