1. AI Services

AxeB2B.ai provides AI-powered chatbot, content generation, and social media automation services. AI outputs are generated automatically and may require human review.

2. AI Content Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. AxeB2B.ai is not liable for inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate AI-generated content.

3. Training Data

Data you provide to train chatbots (PDFs, URLs, text) remains your property. We use it solely to power your chatbot and do not share it with other users.

4. Social Media Automation

Auto-posting must comply with each social platform's terms of service. Violations of platform terms are your responsibility.

5. Usage Limits

API calls, conversations, and content generations are subject to plan limits. Overages are billed at standard rates.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use AI services to generate spam, misinformation, harmful content, or content violating any laws.

1. Data We Process

We process account data, chatbot training content, conversation logs (anonymized), social media tokens (encrypted), and AI prompt history.

2. Conversation Data

Chatbot conversations are logged for analytics and improvement. Personal data in conversations is handled per GDPR and IT Act 2000 guidelines.

3. Social Media Access

OAuth tokens for social platforms are stored with AES-256 encryption. We only use them for authorized posting actions you configure.

4. AI Model Training

Your content is not used to train our general AI models. It is used only to power your specific chatbot instances.

Data Controller & Processor

You (the customer) act as the Data Controller. AxeB2B.ai acts as the Data Processor for personal data processed through our AI services.

Processing Purpose

We process data solely for providing AI chatbot, content generation, and automation services as configured by you.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Sub-processors

We use AI model providers and cloud infrastructure. A full list of sub-processors is available on request.

Data Retention

Conversation logs are retained for 90 days. Training data is retained while your account is active. Request deletion at any time.

Subscription Refunds

Refunds available within 24 hours of subscription if fewer than 100 AI generations or 50 conversations have been used.

AI Credits

Unused AI credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% have been consumed.

Service Failures

If AI service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a month, affected users receive a pro-rata credit for downtime.
